Educator, Strategist, Negotiator

I hail from Northern Idaho where I went to college at Lewis-Clark graduating 1st chair. During graduate school at Washington State University I won a Kennedy Center award. I worked five summers in Manhattan, NY for the United Nations Youth Pilgrimage Office throughout undergraduate and graduate school. I served a tour of duty in the US Army Chaplaincy Corps for the XVIII Airborne Corps and was awarded two accommodation medals for successful audits of the largest Chaplaincy fund in the Army. I especially liked driving a 5 ton, marksmanship, shooting grenade launchers, and teaching blocks of instruction about ethics and personal finance to soldiers. I also taught night college, humanities courses, for Central Texas College, and Campbell University at Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base during my military service.

I joined Computational Engineering International, Inc. where I worked for 18.5 years as a corporate controller and treasurer, with employees in 6 states and 3 offices abroad. Early Sunday mornings, I can be found at Hope Community Church serving in the special needs ministry for some amazing but challenged kids. This ministry is dear to me as I and my older brother raised a younger brother with Down’s Syndrome.

My greatest passion is for real estate. I am tirelessly working for my clients with the heart of a teacher. I believe that the first step to wealth building is investing in property by owning your own home. I previously served my community as HOA treasurer of 1,200 homes in the Kildaire Farms II neighborhood, and hold a NC notary commission. I have been married for 26 years and have two sons.
